Mindfulness is a skill which most of us have never been taught. For most of our lives our minds and thoughts have run wild and controlled the physical, mental and emotional aspects of our lives. Once you learn to train your mind, to choose how you want to experience your life, you will notice that you have more power over your life and will enjoy new and exciting revelations about what is possible for you. You will feel more peace and tranquility and will be able to work through life situations with clarity, confidence and compassion for self and others.

 

The 6-week Mind-Fit series will introduce participants to the fundamentals of mindfulness and meditation using a combination of text, videos, audio downloads, exercises and discussion boards. By the end of the 6 weeks, you will have many tools and skills that can easily be incorporated into your personal and professional lives.

Mind-Fit: Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation. In person Private or Semi-private

6 weeks of private or semi-private sessions (1 hour sessions), plus on-line course access which includes weekly lessons, guided meditations, practice exercises, resources, coach-facilitated discussion boards and suggestions for further practice.

 

Mind-Fit: Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation + 4 Private Power Coaching Sessions

4 private power coaching sessions by phone (15 minutes); weeks 1, 2, 4 and 6.

 

6 weeks of private on-line classes includes, weekly lessons, guided meditations, practice exercises, resources, coach-facilitated discussion boards and suggestions for further practice.

 

 

Mind-Fit: An Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation - Group Classes

6 weeks of in-person group classes (75 minute classes), plus on-line course access which includes, on-line classes includes, weekly lessons, guided meditations, practice exercises, resources, coach-facilitated discussion boards and suggestions for further practice.

A new section of the course begins September 2016 and is open for registration until August 31 2017...enrol anytime throughout the year! 

Private individual and group sections are available also at no extra charge, please enquire to arrange.
